Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This DPA supplements the Terms & Conditions when KeepWise AI processes personal data on behalf of customers.

Scope

Applies when customers provide us with personal data subject to privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Our Commitments

• Process personal data only on documented instructions.
• Maintain security measures.
• Ensure confidentiality of personnel.
• Assist with data rights requests.
• Notify customers of any data breach.
• Delete or return data on termination.
