Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes

• Fees are billed through Stripe, Inc. in the currency shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via Stripe to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@keepwise.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Liability & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” Liability is capped at amounts you paid us in the past 12 months.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, United States. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
