KeepWise AI is built by KeepWise Ventures LLC, based in Oklahoma City. We build for the market where an AI mistake isn't an inconvenience — it's sanctions and a license.
Most AI products compete on speed and features, and treat governance as overhead a buyer tolerates. We built KeepWise the other way around: the control layer that checks and corrects output before it's ever shown is the reason to use it, not a compliance checkbox bolted on after. Legal is the first place we've built that focus for — a market where trust is the actual purchase criterion, not a feature on a comparison chart.
That doesn't mean AI without a human in the loop. It means the human decides at the point where judgment actually matters, backed by a record of what the system checked and what it found — not a claim you have to take on faith.
A note from the founder
I built KeepWise because I've spent my career on the side of technology where nothing ships on trust. For years I was responsible for systems that more than 1,600 locations depended on every day, and the rule never changed: test it, approve it, record it. When AI arrived in professional work, it threw that rule out. For lawyers, that isn't an inconvenience. It's sanctions, malpractice, and a license.
Early in my career I supported law firms directly, and I saw how much they depend on technology they can't afford to second-guess. KeepWise is what I wished existed then: AI that checks its work before you see it, asks you before anything consequential happens, and keeps an honest record of all of it.
I've built it myself, every day, for nearly two years. Every claim on this site is one I can back up, because that's the standard KeepWise holds AI to.
