KeepWise Ventures LLC, doing business as KeepWise AI ("KeepWise," "we"), provides KeepWise AI. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What the service is

KeepWise AI is software-as-a-service that uses artificial intelligence for legal productivity, task automation, and document and matter organization.

Not legal advice

KeepWise AI is a tool, not a lawyer. Nothing generated by the service constitutes legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship with KeepWise. See Disclaimers for the full statement, including your responsibility for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it.

Subscriptions, billing, and fair use

Fees are billed through Stripe, Inc. in the currency shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled. Every plan is built for normal, day-to-day law-firm use. Each plan also carries technical usage limits — a request rate, a monthly usage allowance, a daily web-search allowance and a maximum message length — and a request that exceeds a limit is declined with a message until the limit resets. Usage that's clearly outside normal law-firm use (resale, automated scraping, bulk non-legal use) may require a plan conversation before it continues. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time by emailing support@keepwise.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, disrupt the platform, send spam or malware, or collect or share personal data without the right to do so. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, United States. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
