The KeepWise workspace
AI drafting and research, with work organized by company and project, for every attorney on the plan — plus 1 staff seat per attorney.
Checks before release, including citations
Responses are held while automatic checks run, including case existence and quoted-language match on AI-generated citations against CourtListener's case-law database. If the citation check can't run, the response's citations show no verdict and the response says they could not be checked.
Human approval
Actions with real side effects are proposed, then wait for a human's explicit approval before anything runs.
A tamper-evident record
Audit events are written to a hash-chained ledger; approval decisions are kept in a separate append-only record.
Legal Hold
Freeze a client or matter so nothing under it can be deleted or moved. On every plan. Placed and lifted by attorneys and admins (account owners).
Roles within a firm
Owner, attorney, paralegal and staff roles decide what each person can do. Owners and attorneys can see every company and project in the firm.

Fair use
Every plan is built for normal, day-to-day law-firm use and carries technical usage limits (request rate, monthly allowance, daily web-search allowance, message length); a request over a limit is declined until it resets. Usage that's clearly outside normal law-firm use — resale, automated scraping, bulk non-legal use — may require a plan conversation.
