Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

Refunds

• All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or as expressly stated in a specific offer.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded once verified if you contact us within 30 days.
• Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to first email support@keepwise.ai. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension.
